INGREDIENTS
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
4 tsp. Sweetie Pie spice
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
Bundt pan
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat, set aside. Open tubes of biscuits and separate into individual biscuits, cut each one into 4 pieces. Put sugar, Sweetie Pie and salt in a bowl and mix together with a fork, breaking up any lumps, until thoroughly combined. Using a pastry brush or paper towel, thoroughly coat inside of the Bundt pan being sure to go up the sides and central tube. Using two forks, toss each biscuit piece in melted butter and then transfer to bowl of spiced sugar. Use the forks to turn over the biscuit pieces until thoroughly coated in sugar and transfer to Bundt pan. Continue dipping biscuit pieces until all are in the Bundt pan. Drizzle two tbsp. of remaining butter over the biscuits and place Bundt pan on a baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven and bake approximately 45 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are a deep, golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit for ten minutes. Place plate on the Bundt pan and turn the monkey bread out of the pan. Let cool at least 30 minutes, serve warm.
