A super easy, single pot recipe you can throw together in no time and then devour – also in no time. So simple, and so good. Want to see how it’s done? INGREDIENTS

4 TBSP. Butter 1 cup finely diced onions 1 Tsp. Salt 2 TSP. Slip Me Some Sage 1/4 Cup Flour 2 1/4 cups chicken broth 1 cup whole milk 1 lb. bag frozen peas and carrots 1 1/2 cup diced, cooked chicken 1 package refrigerated biscuits

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 12 inch oven proof skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and salt. Cook until onions are soft and translucent, approx. 5-7 minutes. Add Slip Me Some Sage and cook 1 minute. Add flour and cook 1 minute. Add broth and milk and stir constantly until mixture thickens, approx. 5-6 minutes. Add chicken and frozen vegetables. Return to a simmer. Place biscuits on top of filling and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake for approximately 20-30 Minutes until biscuits are fully cooked and golden brown.
