Hubba Rubba Popcorn

INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP. CANOLA OIL
1/2 CUP POPCORN KERNELS
3 TBSP. BUTTER
1 LEVEL TBSP. HUBBA RUBBA
Directions: In large saucepan or dutch oven, combine oil and popcorn. Cover and heat over medium heat until you begin to hear kernels pop. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking, shaking pot occasionally until you stop hearing popping. Set aside. In a small saucepan melt butter. Just before it’s completely melted, add Hubba Rubba. Stir gently and cook until the butter starts foaming, about 30 seconds. Pour seasoned butter over popcorn and combine thoroughly. Serve immediately.
