Hip Turkey Chili

INGREDIENTS

1 TBSP. VEGETABLE OIL

1 CUP CHOPPED ONION

1 CUP CHOPPED RED AND GREEN PEPPERS

1 CLOVE CHOPPED GARLIC

1 LB. GROUND TURKEY

1 15 OZ. CAN CRUSHED TOMATOES

1 15 OZ. CAN PUMPKIN

2 TBSP. HIP TO THE CHILI

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

 

Directions: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion, peppers and garlic until tender. Stir in turkey and cook until brown. Mix in tomatoes, pumpkin andHip To The Chili. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
