INGREDIENTS
2 LBS. RAW, PEELED SHRIMP
1 STICK BUTTER
1 LEMON, THINLY SLICED
1 TSP. DRESS THAT SALAD
Directions:LINE A SHEET PAN WITH FOIL AND PREHEAT OVEN TO 350-DEGREES. MELT BUTTER AND COMBINE WITHDRESS THAT SALAD.POUR 1/2 BUTTER MIXTURE IN THE PAN. LAY LEMON SLICES ON TOP OF BUTTER. SPREAD SHRIMP ON TOP OF LEMON. POUR REMAINING BUTTER ON TOP. BAKE 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP TURN PINK. SERVE SHRIMP AND SAUCE OVER PASTA OR RICE.
