Daddio Summer Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 TSP. DIP ME DADDIO

3 TBSP. OLIVE OIL

2 TSP. DIJON MUSTARD

1 1/2 LBS. WHOLE BABY FROZEN GREEN BEANS

1 PINT CHERRY TOMATOES, HALVED

6 OZ. BLOCK FETA CHEESE, CUBED

 

Directions:In a small bowl, whisk togetherdip me daddio, olive oil and Dijon mustard. Bring a large pot of highly salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl mix cooled green beans, feta and tomatoes. add dressing, toss and serve.
