Rubba Jalapeño Poppers

INGREDIENTS

4 jumbo or 6 medium-large jalapeños

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature

8-12 slices bacon

1 tbsp. Hubba Rubba

 

Directions:Cut off the stem end of the jalapeno and cut in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scrape out the seeds and ribs. Mix one teaspoon ofHubba Rubbainto the softened cream cheese. Using a knife or small spatula, use the cream cheese to fill all the jalapeño halves. Wrap each jalapeño half with a slice of bacon, spiraling the bacon from one end of the jalapeñoto the other. Secure each end of the bacon with a toothpick to prevent curling. Place the bacon wrapped jalapeños on the rack of an air fryer or a rack placed on a sheet pan if using a traditional oven. Sprinkle with the remainingHubba Rubba.  Air fry at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks and serve.
